About R Square IT Support
What is R Square IT Support?
R Square IT Support is an IT career guidance and technical support platform founded by Rajneesh Yadav and Rushikesh Bobade. We help IT students, freshers, job seekers and working professionals with interview preparation, resume and profile support, mock interviews and practical technical guidance — mainly around Java Full Stack and MEAN Stack technologies.
Who can use our services?
Our services are designed for IT students, freshers, job seekers, working professionals, Java Full Stack developers, MEAN Stack developers and developers preparing for a job change. If you work with (or want to work with) Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js or MongoDB, we can likely help.
Do you support freshers?
Yes. Freshers are a big part of who we help. We can guide you on choosing a technology path, building fundamentals, preparing a first resume, setting up your Naukri and LinkedIn profiles, and practising for technical interviews.
Preparation & Mock Interviews
Do you provide Java Full Stack preparation?
Yes. We cover Core Java, OOP, Collections, Java 8+ features, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs and SQL, along with coding practice and interview preparation. See the Java Full Stack page for the full topic list.
Do you provide MEAN Stack preparation?
Yes. We cover MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript and RxJS, plus REST API integration, authentication concepts and practical project guidance.
Do you provide mock interviews?
Yes. We conduct technical mock interviews, including Java Full Stack and MEAN Stack interviews, coding rounds and SQL rounds. Every mock interview ends with feedback on what went well and what to improve.
Can you help me prepare for a specific company interview?
We can help you prepare around the job description and technology stack you share with us. We do not have access to any company’s confidential interview questions and we never claim to.
Working Professionals
Can working professionals get technical guidance?
Yes. We support working professionals with new project onboarding, understanding an existing codebase, KT and documentation, technical doubt solving, development workflow and career mentorship.
Will you do my office work or share my company’s code?
No. We provide guidance so that you can understand and solve problems yourself. Please do not share confidential company code, credentials or data with us — follow your employer’s policies at all times.
Jobs & Placements
Do you provide placement guarantees?
No. We do not guarantee jobs, placements, interview calls or salary outcomes. We provide guidance and preparation support; hiring decisions are always made by employers. Be cautious of anyone who promises a guaranteed job in exchange for money.
Do you share job updates?
Yes. We share job opportunities and preparation resources through our community channels. These are shared for information only — always verify openings on the employer’s official careers page before applying.

How can someone contact the team?
The quickest way is the enquiry form on our Contact page. When you submit it, WhatsApp opens with your details pre-filled so you can review and send the message to us. You can also reach us on Instagram at @rsquareitsupport.
Does the website store my enquiry details?
No. This website does not have a database and does not store your form details. The form only prepares a WhatsApp message on your device; nothing is shared until you choose to send it in WhatsApp.
What are your fees?
Support depends on the service and the level of guidance you need, so we discuss it with you directly before starting. Send us an enquiry with your requirement and we will explain the options clearly.
